Ronaldo On Course To Break His Record When He Locks On With Spain In The UEFA Nations League

As we all know, the UEFA Nations League (UNL) is back and we would see top players represent their national teams in an attempt to clinch the trophy.

In the first round, we would be having a very tough clash between Spain and Portugal as both sides are known for their quality style of play. Ahead of this anticipated match, Cristiano Ronaldo who is currently the highest goal scorer in international football is on course to break his record.

The Portuguese star would break his record of most international goals scored if he finds the back of the net against Spain. Cristiano Ronaldo last scored against Spain in 2018 which saw him net a hat trick.

The Portuguese attacker is currently on 115 goals (most official international goals in history). He may go on to break his record if he scores against the Spanish team in the UEFA Nations League.
